Update on my cyber peeping tom.

As some of you will be aware of those who I have hither told about on this website, I have been the victim of a cruel and heartless imitator. Someone who thought I had no sense of humour at all and copied my blog with a terribly shoddy imitiation of this thus said blog. I have warned this cyber peeping tom that unless they removed EVERYTHING from the internet that I didn't like, I would report them to the police. They have failed to do this, and so I have had no option but to report them to the police. The local police don't actually man the local police station after 3pm on week days, and so thus I left a message on their community action hotline. I imagine once they listen to their messages they will start a thorough investigation into my complaint. I'm seeing flip charts. Case conferences. Flashing lights.

  1. I have had a reply to my police complaint from
    Michelle leggetter 4689
    CIB crime Bedfordshire Police
    tel 01234 841212

They have asked me to forward further copies and you commenting on THEM should be all the proof they need. They have your name and your website details (clangnuts etc) so if you call them they'll have you on record should for any reason you think this a bluff. Meanwhile I am now going to provide the further information they have requested.

  2. I have taken screen shots as evidence so delteing the blog at this stage is pointless.

  5. Just looked at Leah's web page Lenny. You've got nothing to worry about. She's no way near as bad a cartoonist as you are!

  8. Wouldn't worry about it, Leonard - the only thing 'criminal' about you are your brilliantly awful cartoons whereas hers are just criminal!!

  9. I think on reflection it might be better to just ignore this worthless imitator. It seems Burt across the road doesn't know as much about legal matters as he led me to believe. I thought I could have this sad person arrested for upsetting me, and taking the piss out of my website.

It seems I was very wrong.

All this has caused me great distress, and means I was too busy leaving messages on the police answer phone, when I should have been completing my article on hedge trimmers, which I hoped to publish on valentines day.

    There's always tomorrow.

  10. Good work Lenny. Not sure if the cat is holding binoculars or a gun to its head.

I couldn't help noticing a rendering of a copyright Dr Seuss character on Leah's own site. Regarding this, I've contacted my local police -- Constable Paul Bearer, Sodbury constabulary. I've rung him quite a few times and he's not picking up the phone, but I'll let you know when I have a complaint number.
